Thank you for choosing a PCS property as your new home. So that we may expedite the application process, please provide the following information as soon as possible.

1. A copy of your Driver's License (upon approval of application).

2. A copy of your Social Security card or passport.

3. Pay check stubs;

If you are paid: Weekly Bi-Weekly Monthly

We need: 4 most current stubs 2 most current stubs 1 most current stub

4. Last years tax records (page 1 and 2 necessary if cannot provide proof of income, are retired or self employed).

5. Current checking and savings bank statement.

FEES

1. For the actual processing of the application(s), we require a fee of $30.00 per applicant. All occupants over the age of 18 must turn in an application for screening. All application fees are non-refundable.

2. In order to reserve the apartment, a holding deposit of $300.00 is required. Upon approval of your application, this deposit will be applied towards your move in costs. If your application is rejected, the deposit will be returned to you within 72 hours, if your check has not been deposited. If your check has been deposited you will be refunded your holding deposit within 21 days. This deposit is a commitment to rent an apartment. If you cancel after the 72-hour holding period, you will forfeit your deposit.
